- Automated Service Provision
- Subdomain services are fully automated.
- A reserved but unpaid subdomain is held for a limited period of time. If payment is not made within this period, the subdomain will automatically become available to others.
- Once payment is successfully processed, the subdomain is registered and the service is activated immediately, without human intervention.
- Activation confirmation is sent to the customer’s email address associated with the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Payments
- Because the service is provided instantly and for a prepaid fixed term, all payments are final and non-refundable.
- The service remains active until the end of the purchased period. Customers may renew the service after expiration if they wish.
- No partial refunds will be granted for unused time or early cancellation by the customer.
- EU Consumer Rights Directive
- Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right to withdraw within 14 days does not apply to services that are fully performed once the performance has begun, provided that the consumer was informed in advance and expressly agreed to the immediate execution.
- By completing a purchase with Informacijos linija Ltd (Ranking-Link.com), you acknowledge and agree that the service is delivered instantly and therefore you waive the right of withdrawal.
- Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- A verified technical error on our side prevented activation of the service.
- The service delivered significantly deviated from the description provided at the time of purchase.
- Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the company and may require supporting documentation from the customer.
- Disputed Transactions
- If you believe an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction occurred, you must notify us immediately at support@ranking-link.com.
- We will investigate such cases in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable law.
- Please note that filing a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and services.
- Service Renewal and Expiration
- Customers are responsible for renewing their subdomain services before expiration if they wish to continue using them.
- Failure to renew on time will result in service termination and release of the subdomain back to the pool of available names.
- Renewal fees are subject to the pricing in effect at the time of renewal.
