TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Ranking Link website, platform and services operated by UAB “Informacijos linija”.

By creating an account, placing an order or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Ranking Link provides digital SEO and promotional publishing services, including:

  • creation and publication of promotional SEO pages;
  • visual content configuration;
  • link placement;
  • page hosting;
  • assignment and activation of subdomains;
  • statistics and SEO project management tools.

The exact scope, price and service period are displayed before the order is confirmed.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities performed through your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Orders and Payments

An order becomes binding after it is confirmed and payment is successfully completed.

Prices are displayed excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Any applicable VAT is added during the ordering process.

Services may be activated immediately after payment.

4. Customer Content

You may submit texts, photographs, logos, links and other materials for publication.

You confirm that:

  • you own or have permission to use the submitted content;
  • the content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • the content is lawful, accurate and not misleading;
  • links and destination websites do not contain prohibited or harmful material.

You grant Ranking Link permission to process, publish, host and display the submitted content for the purpose of providing the ordered services.

You retain ownership of your original content.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the services to publish or promote:

  • unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content;
  • malware, spam or harmful software;
  • content infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights;
  • discriminatory, threatening or abusive content;
  • products or services prohibited by applicable law;
  • artificial or deceptive activities intended to manipulate search engines.

Ranking Link may suspend or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Subdomains

Subdomains are assigned for use with promotional pages created through the Ranking Link platform.

The customer does not acquire ownership of the main domain or any permanent right to a subdomain. The right to use a subdomain applies only during the paid service period.

A subdomain may be suspended, changed or removed where:

  • the service period expires;
  • payment is not completed;
  • the content violates these Terms;
  • technical or security reasons require the change;
  • continued use is no longer reasonably possible.

7. SEO Results

Ranking Link provides tools and services intended to support content publication, indexing, link building and online visibility.

We do not guarantee:

  • a specific search-engine position;
  • a particular indexing date;
  • a specific number of visitors;
  • increased sales or enquiries;
  • continued availability of any search-engine feature.

Search results may be affected by search engines, competitors, third-party services and other factors outside our control.

8. Third-Party Services

The services may rely on third-party hosting, payment, domain, DNS, SSL, email, analytics or search-engine services.

Ranking Link is not responsible for interruptions, changes or restrictions caused by third-party providers where these circumstances are outside our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The Ranking Link platform, software, design, branding and original materials belong to UAB “Informacijos linija” or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the platform or its components without prior written permission.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, updates, security measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update or improve the platform provided that the essential purpose of the purchased service is not materially reduced.

11. Suspension and Termination

Ranking Link may suspend or terminate an account or service where the customer:

  • fails to pay the applicable fees;
  • violates these Terms;
  • uses the service unlawfully;
  • creates a security risk;
  • provides false or misleading information;
  • infringes the rights of another person.

Where reasonably possible, the customer will be given an opportunity to correct the violation before termination.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

Cancelling renewal stops future charges but does not normally terminate or refund the current paid service period.

Mandatory consumer rights under Lithuanian and European Union law remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of Liability

Ranking Link is responsible for direct losses caused by its failure to perform contractual obligations, to the extent required by applicable law.

Ranking Link is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost search-engine positions or losses caused by customer content, third-party services or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Privacy

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Ranking Link website.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the services, technology or applicable law.

The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated through the platform or by email.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Disputes should first be resolved through direct communication. Where no agreement is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent Lithuanian courts or consumer dispute resolution authorities, where applicable.
